At Evil Bikes, we want to ensure you are stoked on your ride. If you aren't completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unused gear and components in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package your items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in showroom condition to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
